Side Arm or Forehand
A sidearm, or forehand, throw in disc golf uses a flicking motion from the side of the body, with two fingers on the rim and a quick wrist snap to generate spin and power. For right-handed players, it typically finishes to the right, making it useful for tight lines and controlled shots.
